- Since business inception in 1977, GiGi has brought success to the company by expanding, developing and perfecting her niche as an International Sales Specialist in Hospitality Investments.
- In addition to hospitality sales, GiGi has been actively involved in listing and selling restaurants/bars, apt-condo bldgs, shopping centers, strip malls, and a variety of business opportunities.
- Throughout her Real Estate career, Georgette has maintained her status as a multi-million dollar producer and has personally sold over 650 Hotel/Motels in the Tampa Bay area, closing over a billion dollars in sales volume.
- She has attended real estate seminars abroad and continues to participate in the international market trade shows and exhibitions.
- As an Immigration Consultant, GiGi has assisted hundreds of foreign investors in obtaining Visas and Green Cards from all over the world including France, Germany, England, Canada, Poland, and many other treaty countries.
- Georgette has written and co-authored several books on immigration that have been published and sold internationally as a useful tool guide on How to live and work in the USA.
